3.5 HOUR SESSION INCLUDES 90 MINUTES ON-ICE SKATING, SKILLS, AND BATTLE TRAINING + 60-PLUS MINUTES OFF-ICE PRO-LEVEL ACTIVATION & ATHLETIC CONDITIONING. 30 MINUTE BREAK FOR SNACK/LUNCH AND PRACTICE PLAN MEETING.
**Participants must have minimum one-season’s experience skating with Minor Hockey. Players grouped by talent/experience. Top-tier players expect to be challenged.
Tucson-based players will apply skills learned at Tucson Arena to on-ice situations. Improve all-around on-ice performance and technical matchup.
Roundtrip shuttle from Tucson Arena to Mullett Arena available. Shuttle leaves Tucson Arena at 9:00AM and returns to Tucson Arena about 4:30PM.
U10 - U18 (Ages 8-18). Co-Ed.
